Just like we need to take care of our physical health and emotional health, we also need to take care of our spiritual health. Spiritual health isn’t about the “spiritual” things we do, it’s about letting Jesus work in the deep parts of our hearts to bring healing and freedom to our spirits, souls, and bodies. This is not a replacement for mental health counseling, but it is a necessary part of holistic health.
Spiritual health coaching is designed to be a short-term process to address a specific concern, not a long-term discipling relationship. If you’re interested in discipleship, please visit our campus-specific pages to contact us.
If you would like to meet with a campus minister to learn more and take steps to improve your spiritual health, please fill out the form below and we’ll contact you to find a specific time.
