Here’s how it works…

Literally make a list of 100 people you know. People from school. People from work. People from other organizations or clubs you’re in. People in your family. Your neighbors. Anyone. Believers. Non-believers. Maybe you don’t know. Make a list of 100 people.

Now that you’ve made your list, go through and indicate if each person is a Believer, and Non-believer, or maybe you’re not sure, make these Unknown.

Finally, spend sometime prayerfully looking back over your list. As you do, listen to God and make another list of 10 people from your list of 100. You will likely have some from each category (Believer, Non-believer, and Unknown) in this shorter list. Begin to pray for them daily. For the Believers, that God would use you to encourage them and help them on their journey. For the Non-believers, that God would soften their heart and give you the confidence to start spiritual conversations and share your story or God’s story with them. For the Unknown, that God would help you to be courageous to start spiritual conversations and discern where to go next.
