Building Block

One of the most essential building blocks of Discipleship DNA is being able to spend time in God’s Word. Very few things in the Christian life can bring about the type of life-change that reading, studying, learning from, and applying God’s Word can do for us. Whether we do a “Bible in a Year” program, spend time studying passages with commentaries, spend time devotionally using the practices of Lectio Divina and SOAPS, or whether we are practicing Scripture memorization, getting God’s Word deeply in our hearts and minds is essential for disciples of Jesus!
