Building Block

Community is another one of our Discipleship DNA building blocks! God did not design us to live out our lives by ourselves, but instead designed for community. God says within the first pages of the Bible in Genesis 2 that “it is not good for man to be alone.” (Genesis 2:18) God himself exists within community as the Trinity is Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

The following tools are resources to help one grow in their discipleship by learning to live in the beauty, accountability, and even, at times, the difficulty of Christian Community!


I didn’t come to the conviction easily, but finally there was no getting around it: there can be no maturity in the spiritual life, no obedience in following Jesus, no wholeness in the Christian life apart from immersion and embrace of community.   • CHAT Group

    One of the best ways to experience deep, authentic community is through accountability groups. CHAT groups are accountability groups designed to help followers of Jesus take steps toward Jesus together! This tool/resource can help disciples form healthy and sustainable accountability groups with one another.

    The heart of any good bible study, small group gathering, or house church gathering is having some basic structure.
